Ikigai is not means sleeping all the time, eating or using netflex. It means the person's favourite work.someone likes to sing while others like to teach and they are doing it vigorously so that they don't know how their days are going because most of the time they are busy so much focus on their favourite  work that they don't know how times are going and  that's why the 24 hours time seems to be a minute for them when they are doing their preferable work. It also tells taking less stress is good for health and also a person needs a good company with whom he feels good. Some quotes of this book is given below.

We are what we repeatedly do.

Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. —Aristotle

There is no future, no past. There is only the present.

A happy man is too satisfied with the present to dwell on the future.”

-Albert Einstein

Essentials to happiness in this life are something to do, something to love, and something to hope for.

The happiest people are not the ones who achieve the most. They are the ones who spend more time than others in a state of flow.
